SALT LAKE CITY, UT —  On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, the Utah Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Planned Parenthood Association of Utah v. State of Utah. Planned Parenthood Association of Utah (PPAU) is represented by Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah, the ACLU Foundation, and Zimmerman Booher.
