Thursday, July 17, Plaintiffs in Evans et. al v. State of Utah et. al filed their Opposition to the State's Request for a Stay.
The plaintiffs are represented by American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Utah, and Strindberg & Scholnick, LLC.
