LGBTQ Equality

Through litigation, legal advocacy, and public education, the ACLU of Utah works to protect the basic rights and liberties of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) people. The ACLU of Utah strives to ensure that LGBTQ people have equal opportunity to participate fully in civil society, by securing freedom from sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination in the workplace, in housing, in businesses, and in public places.
