Walk With The ACLU In The Utah Pride Parade
Celebrate The Resistance!
Join us the first weekend of June for the largest celebration of equality and freedom in Utah. Of course we are talking about the Utah Pride Festival and parade.
Now we are ready to celebrate Pride once more! Join the Pride Elevated party and show your support for the ACLU by walking with us in the Utah Pride Parade on Sunday, June 4, in downtown Salt Lake City. (Check out these awesome photos of the 2016 Utah Pride Parade!)
This year, our ACLU parade contingent will be celebrating equality while marching in solidarity with the growing resistance movement that is fighting the recent national and local policies attacking our LGBTQ community and equality everywhere. To highlight the resistance, we will be dressing in Star Wars costumes or related attire for the march. If you have none we would still love to march with you, please come in your favorite ACLU t-shirt or comfortable walking clothes.
