WHAT TO EXPECT
AT THE 2013 BILL OF RIGHTS CELEBRATION

7:45 am – 8:30 am
Show up as early as your schedule allows. Grab a cup of coffee – or a delicious Bloody Mary! – and catch up with the ACLU of Utah staff, board and fellow supporters.

8:30 am – 9:30 am
A brisk and inspiring program that will: bring you up to speed on the ACLU of Utah’s work; celebrate the Utahns who have made a difference by fighting for civil liberties; and hear from people whose lives are touched by our important work.

9:30 am – 10:30 am
If you can, stick around a while and chat with our staff, volunteers, community partners, and fellow ACLU supporters!

You've probably already heard the good news about the 2013 Bill of Rights Celebration. To recognize this milestone year, we’ve made several big, exciting changes…to make a long story short, here's the news:

  • It's our Emerald Anniversary! That's right, the ACLU of Utah has been alive and kicking for 55 YEARS. We wanted to do something different and special for this milestone. That's why...

  • It's a BREAKFAST Celebration! Forget wine...think (complimentary) mimosas! Forget long drives home in the dark...think about starting your day in the company of hundreds of coffee-fueled friends of the ACLU! And because it's a breakfast, costs are low, which means that...

  • It's FREE! You read that right. There is NO COST to attend this year's Bill of Rights Celebration. How about THAT for a special Celebration with 300+ of our closest friends?

Early response to our new event format and program has been overwhelmingly positive – in fact, we are just about at capacity!

It is absolutely critical that all our guests RSVP – either directly to the ACLU of Utah, or to your Table Captain or Event Sponsor Contact – for this event. If you just show up on the day of the Breakfast Celebration, there may not be any remaining seats!

To RSVP, or to double-check that your already-made RSVP was received, please contact Anna Brower at (801) 521-9862 ext. 100 or abrower@acluutah.org.

(NOTE: If, at the time of your request for a seat or seats at the Bill of Rights Breakfast Celebration, we are already full, your name will be added to a waiting list. Just as soon as a seat becomes available, we will let you know!)
